2. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and normal manufacturing variation. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise. The total price payable, including applicable taxes and any delivery charge, will be shown before you place your order.

4. Placing an order

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount due.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the payment providers made available through the store.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation and return rights. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains how to exercise those rights and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

8. Faulty goods

Products must meet the standards required by UK consumer law, including being as described and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

The CHEZMOYA name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you based on where you live.
